Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payment collection, process medical reports requests as well as arrange appointments for specialist and work injury compensation reviews.
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support.
- Responsible to liaise with different stakeholders to facilitate the completion of medical report requests.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level qualification
- Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage
- A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and have an eye for details
Working Schedule (Office hours):
- Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6pm
- Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
