- Conduct inspection, trouble shoot and complete maintenance of ship’s main engine remote control system and navigation equipment
- Familiar with ship owners and shipyards working procedures and environment
- Willing to work in local and overseas shipyard as well as anchorage environment at irregular hours which include overnight, weekends and public holiday depending on vessel schedule
Requirements :-
- Relevant marine / mechanical / engineering qualification
- Sound knowledge in pneumatics / electrical control engineering
- ‘Hands on’ experience in Marine Automation and Navigation Equipment repair and installation
- At least 3 years’ experience in working onboard vessels
- Candidate must be able to work oversea assignment as and when required.
