Position: Business Development Executive – General Insurance

Key Responsibilities:
- Quotations & Client Requests: Provide quotations and manage requests related to Motor insurance for clients and partners.
- General Insurance Support: Handle various general insurance matters, including renewals, endorsements, and claims support for motor and other general insurance policies.
- Insurer Coordination: Liaise with insurers’ underwriting, processing, service, and support teams for quotations, referrals, and appeals.
- Lead Management: Attend to Salesforce leads and client queries promptly.
- Documentation: Prepare documents related to transacted business.
- Customer Support: Address insurance-related queries from customers and partners, including policy explanations and claims assistance.
- Process Improvement: Potential involvement in projects aimed at enhancing the quotation process through digitalization.
- Market Research: Stay updated on general insurance market trends and provide insights for business development.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits, either in Broker Support, Broking, or working with an Insurance Company or as a General Insurance Broker.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel (Pivot Tables & V-Lookup), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Certifications: Must possess BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI certifications.
