Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our growing team. You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, while also providing administrative support for smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Maintain full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, FA and intercompany transactions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis (including bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in handling Quarterly GST reporting and submission and other IRAS submissions: ECI and Tax computation
- Enter financial data into the company's accounting system (Oracle Netsuite)
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.
Administrative:
- Manage and process employee expense claims using Infotech HR software
- Answer phones and emails efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including scanning/filing invoices, receipts, and other supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Oracle Netsuite).
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the finance team and other departments.
