The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work in reknown telecommunicaton firm
- Duration: 6 months contract (Renewable/Convertible subject to performance and manpower needs)
- Salary Range: $2700 - $3300
Job Scope
- To ensure claims submitted by partners are in timeline and in accordance to the agreements
- Verify all required documentations are submitted with the right details, to report for any inconsistencies or missing information
- Be the primary contact for partners and to provide updates on claim status
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure promotions are executed as planned and claims processing follows contractual terms
- To handle any disputes on claims when necessary
Requirements
- Minimally 1 year of relevant experience
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
- Intermediate computer skills, especially MS Excel and Power BI
- Comfortable and able to communicate effectively - handling enquiries and replying to emails and calls
