Job Responsibilities
• Assume role of a travel personal assistant to UOB’s high net worth customers
• Responsible to manage enquiries for travel and lifestyle related services, plan end-to-end components ofcustomers’ travels which include but not limiting to, curating customized itineraries, arranging flights,accommodations and land services and ultimately, a post-trip follow up
• Work with internal product specialists as well as destination concierge partners to deliver extraordinary travelexperience to customers through tailor made and experiential programs
• To be savvy of current travel and lifestyle trends, be instrumental in providing customers soundrecommendations and ensuring they are fully satisfied with the overall product and service
• To keep abreast of new product development, internal marketing and promotion activities and participation incustomer events, as and when required
• To provide superior customer service and deliver bespoke customer experience with the objective to buildcustomer loyalty
Job Requirements
• GCE “O”/”A” or Diploma holder with minimum 5 years’ sales experience in travel industry and / or conciergeservice industry.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills.
• Possess good knowledge of travel products and be well versed in airfares, hotel and travel reservations andglobal distribution systems
• Excellent team player focused on achieving individual and team goals
• IATA/UFTAA certificate would be an advantage
