Job Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain relationships with customers through regular communication, understanding their needs to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries.
- Prepare and provide quotations to customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback swiftly.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Generate and present reports on customer satisfaction, issues resolved, and feedback to management for enhancing customer relations strategies and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and purchasing departments to improve customer relationships.
- Lead the establishment of a customer relations team as the business expands.
Job Requirement:
- Min. Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
