Roles & Responsibilities
· Experience in cooking South indian food like idly,dosi & Meals Etc.
· Ability to follow SOP’s and detailed recipes.
· Knowledge of varieties of Indian Spice.
· Follow the Instructions of Head Cook and able to work with team Member.
· Ensure the food quality and the presentation.
· Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.
· Receiving goods after checking the quality and quantity.
· Storage of raw materials and ingredients appropriately.
· Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure the standards.
· Ensure personal hygiene and safety requirements.
· Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment.
· Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
