About Us:
Oo La Lab is a cutting-edge fragrance design lab where chemistry and creativity collide to create bespoke olfactory experiences. With locations in Singapore, Dubai, and Bangkok, we are expanding globally and looking for a dynamic and visionary Business Development Director to spearhead our growth. This role will drive our international expansion, focusing on B2B, B2B2C, and B2C channels.


The Role:
As our Business Development Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our international business strategy, building relationships with key partners, and identifying growth opportunities. This position is for someone with a proven track record in B2B sales and partnerships, with a deep understanding of consumer markets and the ability to pivot across B2B2C and B2C models. You will be working across multiple regions to scale our presence in both corporate and consumer markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global business development strategy across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C channels
  • Identify and engage with key corporate clients, partners, and distributors to drive revenue and market penetration
  • Lead negotiations, build long-term relationships, and create partnership ecosystems
  • Expand Oo La Lab’s presence in new international markets, with a focus on retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative products and experiences for B2C markets
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Drive new product launches, activations, and corporate offerings in line with brand strategy
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Oversee key international accounts and ensure exceptional client experiences

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of business development experience, with a focus on international markets and B2B sales
  • Extensive experience working across B2B2C and B2C channels
  • Strong network within corporate and consumer sectors, ideally in beauty, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle industries
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of fragrance, beauty, or luxury sectors is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different markets and cultures
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and the art of fragrance design
