Job Description
· Manage and handle all accounting matters.
· Prepare and submit GST returns.
· Involved in HR duties such as but not limited to, work pass application & recruitment.
· Preparation of reports.
· Handle calls and enquiries.
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and authorities.
· Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
. Diploma / Degree holder. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
. Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work as team.
· Computer literate - MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
· Able to multi-task.
Additional Information:
· 5 days work
· Salary: Negotiable. (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualification).
· Only Singaporean or PR will be considered.
