Our client, in the construction sector, is currently seeking a project accountant to join their dynamic team.
The Role
As part of the project management team, the primary responsibilities include overseeing the Project Cost template and meticulously tracking project progress against the budget. This involves collaborating closely with the local Finance division to ensure accurate tracking and recording of costs. Routine responsibilities also include crafting financial and cash flow predictions, providing updates to stakeholders at various levels, carrying out in-depth project analysis, project milestone tracking, and tendering and procurement processes.
Your Profile
The desired candidate should possess a degree in Accountancy or certification as a CPA, ACCA, or CA, along with at least 5 years of project accounting experience, preferably from building / construction industries. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
