Job Overview:
As a Junior Accountant, reporting to the Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of the financial statements for one of the brands within our Group of companies. This role ensures compliance with both Group policies and local accounting standards and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting and finance tasks, including accounts receivable and payable processes, general ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure all sales and liability transactions are accurately recorded.
- Perform month-end financial closings in line with the company’s reporting schedule.
- Prepare precise and timely month-end management reports.
- Maintain and update balance sheet schedules regularly.
- Assist with annual financial audits, tax returns, and related queries.
- Provide accounting and finance support to other business units when needed.
- Take on additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience managing a full set of accounts.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Eager to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
