Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- General administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in daily office operations, maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and relevant documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
Internal Sales Support:
- Support the sales team with quotations, sales orders, and customer correspondence.
- Handle client inquiries and order processing via phone and email.
- Track customer orders for timely delivery, coordinating with production and logistics teams.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales orders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and administrative reports for management.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Admin or sales support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese due to need to communicate with bilingual associates.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Sat: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
