Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in employee welfare, staff recreations, and talent acquisition end-to-end process.
- Support for recruitment activities - this includes sourcing, screening, assessing candidates' suitability and interview coordination with hiring managers.
- Maintain all training records including data entry of On-the-Job training submissions and applications of government training grants.
- Handling necessary backend and operational needs.
- Assist Human resources managers to plan, directing and coordinating the administrative functions of an organization
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
