This role will be based in an international consultancy company which is working with a very large sized infrastructure project in Singapore. The incumbent will report to the Construction Manager for the assigned contracts. Someone with consultancy background will be an added advantage.
- Working with a Project / Construction Manager to evaluates, selects, and applies standard contract administration and measurement techniques to the administration and assessment of progress claims.
- Performs routine aspects of quantity surveying, assessment, processing and certification of progress claims, and general administration of contracts.
- Working on progress claims and invoices.
- Certifying work done by Contractors.
- Review and evaluate extra payment and /or extension of time claims by the Contractors and make recommendations to the Board.
- Preparing cost estimates for variation claims, obtaining and assessment of quotations, preparation of change notices, and SO Instructions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma with relevant experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project construction.
- MS Office skills.
- Knowledge in BIM will be an added advantage.
