Seagate Technology is a global data storage company that manufactures and distributes hard drives and storage solutions. Our team embarked on a major Digital Transformation Program since 2023 and successfully completed a greenfield implementation of our ERP onto SAP S/4 Hana platform.
As we extend our leverage on SAP systems, enabling new process and business models, we are recruiting SAP IT SME to join our regional IT team that based in Seagate Singapore IHQ, located in Woodlands. The incumbent primary responsibilities are:
- Analyze business processes and recommend SAP SD solutions for process improvement.
- Configure and deploy Pricing, Order management, Reverse Logistics and Logistics changes in SAP SD & related areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test and ensure seamless of order and fulfillment related functionalities.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution related to SAP SD.
- Timely deployment of enhancements and fixes as per project commitment.
- Provide user training and create documentation for SAP SD processes.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Have good communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team across different geographical regions and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Able to work independently to deliver solutions.
- More than 10 years of knowledge and proven experience in SAP SD implementation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD modules including Pricing, Order Management, Billing and Logistics related areas.
- Prior experienced in Project Management essential.
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing industry is preferred.
