IT Support Engineer // Hardware & Software

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support for IT hardware, including PCs and laptops.
  • Provide technical support and helpdesk service for both HQ and site offices.
  • Update team members on the status of their service requests promptly.
  • Manage and track parts handling and movement accurately.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS.
  • Solving user's applications problems such as Office365
  • Manage and resolve assigned tickets, ensuring proper tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and close them in a timely manner.
  • Participate in training and support for PLC and SCADA works.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information diligently and discreetly
  • Basic computer hardware knowledge.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
