Job Responsibilities
- Provide support for IT hardware, including PCs and laptops.
- Provide technical support and helpdesk service for both HQ and site offices.
- Update team members on the status of their service requests promptly.
- Manage and track parts handling and movement accurately.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS.
- Solving user's applications problems such as Office365
- Manage and resolve assigned tickets, ensuring proper tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and close them in a timely manner.
- Participate in training and support for PLC and SCADA works.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information diligently and discreetly
- Basic computer hardware knowledge.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
