Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries, provide quotations, and process orders.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure smooth delivery to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through visits and timely responses.
- Understand customer requirements and offer technical assistance when needed.
- Identify and pursue new customers and business growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate a self-motivated and results-driven approach to acquiring new business clients.
- Understand the target market and the relationship between customers and products.
- Work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, with flexibility for adjustments as needed.
- Compile and submit regular sales reports and analyses.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role (marine industry experience preferred).
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license and a car is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates.
- Candidates should have a GCE A Level, Diploma, or higher in Sales or any relevant discipline related to the marine industry.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, are required, and familiarity with the SAP system is preferred.
- Able to start on short notice.
