Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Possess good knowledge and experience in tendering for commercial, industrial, retail interior fitting out, and residential projects. Understand tender requirements, prepare, and submit tenders as per requirements within specific deadlines. Prepare and analyse costing for tenders. Perform measurement of quantities, progress claims, quotations, and final claims. Handle general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost, and tender administrative duties. Source new vendors, compile quotations, review prices, and summarize subcontractors and materials. Evaluate and certify contractors’ claims. Conduct quantity take-off and cost estimation. Assist the project team in dealing with contractual matters, including extensions for time or expense claims.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
· Experience in tendering for commercial, industrial, and retail interior fitting out projects.
· Minimum 4 years of experience in the interior design, renovation, or building industry.
· Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position in Singapore projects only.
