As a Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager at KrisShop, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and driving key HR functions. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, managing onboarding processes, and handling various HR administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and team members to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
· Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, implement recruitment strategies, pre-screening & assessing, facilitate interview and job offer process.
· Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and business need.
· Manage the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking and perform reference checks when required.
· Update ATS and tracking file daily to support sourcing and screening activities.
· Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including work pass applications and pass renewal.
HR Administrative
· Assist in offboarding process, conduct exit interview, clearance coordination and update report.
· Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
· Assist in the daily HR operations function and work according to Company policies and SOP.
· Provide support on HR-related events and office administrative.
· Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an efficient and well-organized office environment.
· Timely process HR invoices and update in the work file.
· Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
· Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
· Any ad-hoc task assigned to you.

Requirements
Requirements
· Strong knowledge of Employment Act, HR practices and policies.
· Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in sourcing & recruitment for white collar and senior positions in an inhouse high volume environment.
· Prefer Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ATS systems.
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
· Someone who prefer to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in the travel retail or e-commerce industry.
