Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team.
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, conducting market research, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns & Strategy:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Work with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure the timely and effective delivery of marketing materials.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
· Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
· Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
· Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement.
· Assist in managing paid digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive activities.
- Analyze consumer behavior data to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback and insights to refine marketing strategies.
Event & Promotion Support:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Assist with organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
Branding & Content Creation:
- Ensure that all marketing communications are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and product descriptions.
- Contribute to the company’s content marketing efforts by writing blog posts, articles, Social Medial and email campaigns.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand development.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
