Job Description:
· Coordinate and manage the local transportation of marine lubricant oil / base oil via road tankers or trucks from suppliers to customer warehouses, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
· Work closely with suppliers to schedule pickups from factories, monitor transport schedule, and provide regular updates to customers regarding delivery status.
· Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding delivery inquiries, offering professional and prompt solutions to logistics-related issues.
· Oversee and monitor daily logistics activities, ensuring smooth execution of delivery operations while resolving any issues or delays.
· Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including delivery orders and other supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
· Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing of customers upon successful order completion.
· Assist the Sales Manager with ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and backup support for other departments when necessary.

Requirements:
· Degree holders are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
· Strong planning, scheduling, and follow-up skills to ensure timely coordination of deliveries.
· Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address and resolve logistics issues promptly and effectively.
· Proactive, with a positive working attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
· Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers and customers.
