Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative work of the Facilities Department.
- Receive all incoming calls/ enquiries related to recruitment.
- Perform daily check on workers' attendance and to ensure the attendance is captured, approved correctly and promptly.
- Keep track of employee overtime.
- Update new employee’s data into App Portal.
- Apply on behalf of employee Sick Leave, Annual Leave into App Portal.
- Submission of completed invoicing (with delivery order/service report) to Finance department.
- Generate recurring and ad-hoc invoices to external customers.
- Email invoices to external customers and handle any billing issues.
- Assist site Admin staff in vetting data records.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Team player with positive work attitude.
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Pro-active and meticulous.
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Preferably able to effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
