Job Title: Windows Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and manage Windows servers and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage user access, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Implement security updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Perform routine backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide support for Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT systems and ensure seamless operation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, changes, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience managing Windows environments, including Windows Server.
- Proficient in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or similar are preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
