  • End user support
  • Assist in Operating Systems Migration and related support.
  • Support, troubleshooting, diagnosis of hardware and software problems.
  • Handle all problems associated to End User Equipment and Software.
  • Installation of software/application.
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.
  • Closing all assigned and resolved Incidents; focus on ticket resolution within SLA.
  • Synchronizing application settings to environment requirement.
  • Relocation of computer devices and peripherals.
  • Setting up of the end users profiles for applications.
  • To guide, update and follow up to end users.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or related field
  • Knowledge in IT Hardware
  • Welcome entry level (Training Provided)
  • 5 days (9am to 6.30pm) work near Raffles Place MRT
  • Bank working enviroment
  • Salary $2500 to $3000
  • Start work immediately or within short notice
