TRCL is currently looking for an Executive in our Partnership Development Department and the responsibilities are listed below:
- Work with the team to develop new fundraising ideas and concepts.
- Assist to event manage fundraising initiatives such as specific campaigns and special events on actual day.
- Planning and preparation to support fundraising efforts to meet fundraising targets in the lead up to actual event day.
- Work with the team in Donor Management – maintaining and updating records, proactively seeking out and building relationships with existing donors through consistent, sustained and valuable engagement to maintain donor loyalty and conversion.
- Work with the team in preparing donor reports, appeals, and impact updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain donor databases, and conduct donor analysis.
- Assist to prepare presentation decks and proposals.
- Application of relevant grants for project initiatives.
- Assist to prepare procurements and invoices for the projects.
- Support the Head in developing/monitoring budgets for each project.
Qualifications / Necessary Qualities:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree Qualification.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced, unstructured environment.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Budgeting skills.
- Relevant working experience in event organising and arts industry is preferable.
- Have knowledge of developing pitch decks and proposals.
