1. ICT Management
- Responsible for high operational readiness and availability on ICT which covers its technological infrastructure (wired and wireless networks), IT devices or technology related equipment (eg computers, handheld devices, telephony, robotics etc), IT Systems (eg applications, software), IT services (eg support) and IT related processes.
- Monitor and review all signed ICT vendor related services to ensure accuracy and appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLA) has been met.
- Responsible for Cyber security including ensuring adequacy and updated-ness of IT systems security and cybersecurity
- Be first line of helpdesk support and to escalate to appropriate vendors accordingly.
- Maintain ICT systems, including DSP review and enhancements, technology refresh and system resiliency
- Liaise, coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers of IT services and outsourced vendors.
- Provide contingencies for critical ICT systems or services from a IT disaster recovery perspective
- Ensure adherence of business rules, systems workflow and processes to enable effective process and data integration
- Ensure availability, reliability & redundancy of critical ICT systems and services
- Provide ICT technical and technological support for emerging business needs
- k)Track and ensure adherence to proper licensing schemes.
- Represent the Lodge in external ICT platforms such as the InGoTPCC Consortium.
2. Planning, Organisation and Supervision
- Co-own, adopt and implement the Lodge-Wide DSP
- Review to keep the DSP relevance with technology evolution and evolving organisation needs
- Plan implementation of the DSP together with the project owners
- Act as AHL project manager and support project owners to execute the DSP with the IT Consultant as well as the platform vendors.
- Review and design systems and processes with strong consideration for process and data management as part of the project implementation to gain outcome on efficiency and data analytics for insight.
- Provide consultation and recommendation in technology and IT solutions adoption to enhance quality of services and care, such as review vendors to ensure value for money
- Source, apply and secure for relevant sources of funding supports, such as from NCSS and AIC, for technology related projects
3. Data & Information Management
- Collect and collate data relating to cost, consumption, performances, and assets to facilitate trending for decision making process by management.
- Perform data retrieval per management request for analysis and interpretations to support Strategic Planning, Quality Assurance and Management Reporting needs
- Facilitate ICT governance audit
- Conduct ICT related induction for new staff and to retrieve all company IT assets upon staff departure.
