- At least 3+ years of technical and commercial experiences in sales and marketing management, preferably in Transmission & Distribution and Railway industries.
- Forecast anticipated sales, meet sales quotas, and report sales performance to Management on a regular basis.
- As the key interface, plan, lead, coordinate, and organize tendering and post-tendering activities such as commercial and technical clarifications.
- Propose commercial offers, negotiate prices and contracts, and ensure PO fulfillment and cash collection with support from factory and engineering.
- Monitor the progress of projects and handle challenges of price, delivery, and quality.
- Engage closely with customers, capture, analyze and define their needs, and implement sales strategies and effective action plans for business growth and development.
- Sound commercial knowledge, risk management, legal contracts, price negotiation, strategic sales and marketing planning.
- A team player with well-developed oral and written communication skills to work effectively across global organizations and build and maintain customer relationships.
- High proficiency in English.
- Understanding and acknowledging cultural differences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
