Job Description:-
- Lead the fragrance application lab team to conduct accurate and timely application test of FR oil for evaluation as well as customer submission
- Lead the fragrance application lab team member to conduct stability test of FR in application bases to identify instability and address this in collaboration with perfumers and evaluators
- Lead the technical brand servicing in application lab to address issues pertaining to discoloration, viscosity, separation, etc. kind of quality issues in customer application using Takasago fragrances
- Lead technical innovation work related to air care format development internally as well as in collaboration with external partners
- In charge of monitoring projects and ensure projects sun smoothly within the specified time frame
- Generating the SOP for fragrance application in various customer product bases
- Ensure proper storage and labelling of customer bases to drive traceability
- Assist in formulating new application bases for proactive work
- Maintain and track stock level of laboratory equipment and supplies such as glass bottles, raw materials etc., for base formulation
- Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, calibration and sterilization of laboratory equipment and work areas
- Ensure implementation of GLP in application lab to maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment and workplace
- Ensure the team performs standard laboratory tests in according to prescribed procedures and recording of test results
Requirements:-
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with 1-2 years of team management experience
- Minimum degree or equivalent in relevant study
- Good chemistry knowledge especially on FMCG products as well as fragrances
- Proficient in ISO standards, safety audits and possess good laboratory management
- Good leadership and organising skills
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to read, speak, write basic English
- Good knowledge of MS office applications
