Our company is specializing in structural steel work and looking for a junior drafter to generate shop drawing to requirements and prepare cutting list from production drawings.
- Able to read and interpret drawings
- Preparation of shop drawing during the progress of works for customer's approval as well as for workers
- To follow the details during fabrication to prepare detail or sketch drawing with the proposal on designs prior to commencing work
- Create, review and modify drawings based on project requirements
- Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials
- Provide drawing information and instructions to production
- Break down drawings and the cutting list for production
- Coordinate with clients or purchaser for material order requirements and its delivery schedule to ensure it meets customer's requirements
- Able to attend meeting and present your drawings with the discussion
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managers
Requirement:
· Min.2 years related experience with or without ITE/ITC Certifcate or Diploma in Engineering
· Proficient in AUTOCAD for drafting, Microsoft Office.
· Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team
· Work experience as drafter or similar role preferred
