Role Description:

Given the evolving market landscape and emerging technologies, it has become increasingly important to adopt a client-centric marketing approach to deliver our brand proposition and investment capabilities effectively. Success in this role will demand strategic marketing and strong data and analytical abilities.


The Marketing Associate will work with stakeholders across Business and Functions to support business growth aligned with strategic business and marketing priorities. The role will also cover a diverse range of marketing activities from brand building to client engagement initiative. This role will be based in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer strategies aligned with the business and marketing priorities
  • Compile meaningful data analysis and reporting to facilitate evaluation and decision making
  • Drive data driven solutions and ensure end-to-end implementations
  • Provide relevant data points and insights to enable objectives setting, targeting, program design and evaluation for marketing campaigns and activities
  • Conduct research, market/industry/competitive analysis, and identify internal capability gaps and opportunities/options for marketing strategy
  • Support the execution of marketing communications programs using a variety of initiatives to drive business impact including:
    • Supporting content for strategic initiatives and key themes
    • Events and conferences management – support the development of strategy, content, supporting materials and provide onsite assistance when required
    • Thru-the-line marketing campaigns – campaign management from end to end including stakeholder management, vendor management, content management and performance management
    • Marketing project / program management aligned with the broader regional marketing agenda and priorities as and when needed
  • Be part of the advocacy in a collaborative culture and establish a high-performing team to aim high for the biggest impact and results
  • Support local / regional / global projects as and when needed

Qualification

  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience within the financial services industry
  • Attention to detail. Meticulous and is able to manage well under pressure
  • Strong marketing background with relevant industry experience preferred
  • Possess diverse marketing experience covering financial services (asset management experience is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with digital & social, content and data-driven marketing
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent project management, multi-tasking and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • An effective team player, able to work with people of all levels
  • Has a high level of self-motivation, with strong integrity and ethics
  • Alongside fluent English, business fluent verbal and written Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred as the job holder will frequently interact with mainland Chinese clients
