Responsibilities
- Supervisor the work on site/ train the workers.
- To assist immediate supervisor on site planning implementation.
- Coordinating with sub-contractors and clients on site work and resolve site issues.
- Planning and order material.
- Control material wastes, down time, rework and waiting time.
- Plan and control site works.
- Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
- Skilled and knowledgeable in renovations work and/ or tiler works.
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all renovation works and finishes according to quality specification and work schedule.
Requirement:
- Must be experienced in Construction Project
- Must be able to read and understand Construction Drawings.
- Able to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- Able to multitasking.
- Able to work overtime.
