Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers. Liaise with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works. Participate in technical meetings and site meetings. To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors. On-site supervision of work progress. Maintaining schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors. Assist in finalising accounts of MYE Sub-contractors. Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings. Communicate with the team to ensure they have all necessary documents and information. Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Degree in Construction Building Services, or equivalent.
· Relevant experience from Construction industry working as a A1 Main Contractor
· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects
· Experience in planning and supervision of all operational activities.
