Responsibilities:
In this role, you will oversee the management of device policies, provide specialized support to key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with security and IT standards. You'll take the lead in creating and maintaining conditional access policies and managing Windows and Intune environments.
- Manage device inventories and perform inactive device cleanup to maintain an accurate database.
- Configure and enforce policies for IT security, compliance, and end-user support.
- Provide troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and applications for end users.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware issues and proactively follow up on tickets.
- Administer and deploy patches, security updates, and device drivers for Windows environments.
You are a proactive IT professional with a strong background in device management and end-user support.
Skills/Requirement:
- Expertise in managing Windows 10/11 environments and Intune policies for device management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in software, hardware, and application-related issues.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and managing external support tickets.
- Knowledge of security standards, including patch management and device encryption practices.
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining conditional access policies and group policies.
