Position title: Senior Account Executive (Commercial)

- Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
- Working hours : 9:30AM - 6PM

- Can choose 8:30AM - 5PM / Default hours - Salary : $3,800 - $4,500 (Years of experience more than 5 years, with prior role in Accounting Firm)
Overview:
We are a professional firm offering Accounting, Tax, Corporate Secretarial & advisory services and we specialize in Marine, Investment Fund, Real Estate & Crypto industry. We mainly support Japanese companies in their business development in Singapore.
Job Description:
- Handle full sets of accounts for clients.
- Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
- Setup charts of accounts for new accounting clients
- Record receipts and payments in accounting software
- Prepare month-end payments and online banking transactions.
- Responsible for month-end closing process and preparation of monthly financial report for management purposes.
- Prepare GST report and filing.
- Update cashflow report
- Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
- Preparation of XBRL submission
- Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g. Form IR8A)
- Liaise with banks for the opening and closing of clients’ bank accounts.
- Other related accounting assignments
Note: Senior Executive role includes coaching, guiding and review Executive & Assistant’s work
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Candidates with professional qualification such as ACCA/CA/CPA etc would be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in handling full set of accounts preferred
- Candidates with experience in professional firms an added advantage
