What you'll be doing
- Be the go-to person for designated functions
- Partner with leaders and provide advice in areas of, termination and disciplinary
- Support manager on employee development
- Handle audit matters
- Provide employee relations guidance and support regarding HR policy and practices
- Employee relations - support culture and ensure high level of engagement
- Exit management of employee (eg, conduct exit interview and provide feedback)
- Partner closely with HR team (TA, Payroll) to deliver efficient support to internal stakeholders
- Provide advice & communicate to site Admin and supervisors on HR processes/Changes
- Drive or implement continuous improvement practices in the organization
- Deliver HR projects and implements policies in areas of function
- Work closely with line manager on annual performance review
- Managing of employees Site Passes & Residential Address
- Provide monthly invoicing reports to Finance relating to HR costing matters such as work passes, dormitory utilities and dormitory defective bills
- Holding inquiry to the employees who are having issues/feedbacks
- Prepare HR documents & letters
- Maintain and update HRIS records
- Liaise with various cost center/department admins/dormitory personnel/MOM on worker related matters.
We’re looking for
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or similar
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
- Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
