KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and execute a robust global employer brand strategy.
  • Develop HR initiatives that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
  • Formulate HR plans, strategies, and policies to align with and advance overall business objectives worldwide.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive and senior management on organizational, management, and people-related matters.
  • Collaborate with executive management to establish succession plans aligned with corporate strategy and goals.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture that promotes growth and equal opportunity, emphasizing diversity among ethnic groups, races, religions, and operational teams globally.
  • Design comprehensive strategic recruitment and retention plans to meet strategic human capital needs.
  • Ensure effective hiring, onboarding, and management practices for diverse groups.
  • Develop and implement competitive, cost-effective, and sustainable compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance across HR functions, including leadership development, career planning, succession management, change management, organizational and performance management, evaluation of learning and development programs, and compensation and benefits oversight.
  • Ensure the efficiency and efficacy of HR procedures and tools.


REQUIREMENTS


  • BA/MBA/BSc/MSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in executive HR roles and 5 years in international HR.
  • Deep expertise in all HR functions and strategic planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong influencing abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proficiency in conflict resolution.
  • Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
