Position: Lead AI Developer
We are seeking a dynamic Lead AI Developer to drive AI innovation for a global engagement platform. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge AI systems, collaborating closely with researchers, engineers, and designers to create impactful solutions. This role demands expertise in AI, programming, data analytics, and software development, along with a solid understanding of cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of AI-based systems - full end to end ownership (Idea to production).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and UX/UI designers to deliver solutions.
- Modernize the application development process, tooling, deployment, standards
- Define the app + AI architecture and design process.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and integrate new techniques into existing platforms.
- Tons of freedom to get your own ideas with very little resistance
Skills & Experience:
- AI Expertise: Proven experience (5+ years) designing and deploying Apps that are AI-driven. Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, models, and metrics.
- Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript etc), databases (RDBMS/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Deep knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Apache Spark).
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments and driving continuous improvement in AI solutions.
