The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of the Singapore strategic and tactical marketing plans, business initiatives and special Group projects.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, Singapore the Digital Marketing Specialist will help the business attain its new business, extension, utilization and retention targets. The Digital Marketing Specialist will use best practices in campaign development, creative concepts development, marketing automation and analytics to help drive revenue & support the retention and extension targets of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery and day to day management of Singapore marketing plan
- Support the Head of Marketing and Communications by delivering on the marketing plans for New Business, Retention and Account Extension initiatives
Digital Marketing and Automation
- Assist with the execution of lead generation, utilization and brand awareness digital and marketing automation campaigns to nurture, score and qualify leads using Eloqua, Sitecore10, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn and Drift chatbot. Execution is inclusive of but not limited to registration forms, email campaigns, nurture, surveys, and events.
- Implement initiatives to drive online lead generation and database growth – eg managing, growing and promoting local webpages
- Support the launch of Singapore-specific solutions on the global e-commerce platform, including developing and executing the promotional campaign to drive online sales
- Assist with the development of creative concepts for sales and marketing collateral, inclusive of but not limited to digital assets and templates, sales flyers, company brochures, customer communications, presentations, photography and videos
Analytics and Database Management
- Maintain the marketing analytics dashboard that is used to continuously refine and improve marketing initiatives and enable the business to make data-driven decisions
- Perform regular tracking and reporting of marketing performance and integrate recommendations into the design phase as part of a continuous improvement process to maximise ROI
- Perform A/B tests to improve success and ROI on digital campaigns
- Proactively manage the sales & marketing database to ensure data integrity, data hygiene, and compliance with principles in the Personal Data Protection Act
- Manage the calendar of database communications to avoid communication fatigue.
- Monitor and manage data integration issues between Eloqua, Salesforce.com and other digital platforms with help from Group Marketing
- Perform regular checks on the database to ensure proper handover of leads to sales and review database engagement and unsubscribe rates. Make and implement recommendations on how to maximise engagement and minimise unsubscribes.
- Implement database segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns to industries, market segments and verticals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, IT, media and/or related discipline
- Min 3 years of B2B marketing experience, combining technical expertise and design skills
- Proven experience in a fast moving, global organisation where a flexible, energetic approach is essential
- Proven experience in digital marketing and best practice knowledge
- Proven experience in producing marketing collaterals
- Highly analytical, with the ability to proactively approach problems from a business perspective
- Ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations on maximising campaign ROI
- Capacity to exercise initiative
- Process-oriented, quality conscious, results-driven
- Digitally savvy and quick learner
- Experience working with Eloqua or similar marketing automation system and Salesforce.com or similar CRM to capture, track and report on leads and sales opportunities
- Experience using Content Management Systems like SiteCore for Web Design
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro)
- Basic video creation skills on web platforms such as Canva, Synthesia, or similar
- Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel)
- Team player with a strong customer-focus orientation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- High level of organisational skills, ability to prioritise and demonstrate flexibility in responding to a range of demands
- Fluent in English with strong oral, presentation and written communication skills
- Preferred fluency in written Mandarin to create and maintain Mandarin web pages
