Description:
Handle full sets of accounts for assigned companies, including preparation of month end closing as well as monthly payroll
Maintain proper accounting records
Prepare annual income tax submission
GST Submission
Prepare GST report and GST returns
Filing and updating data in Quickbook
Process payments in an accurate and timely manner
Support the Human Resource-related work as assigned or requested
Assist in daily operation task of accounts department
Provide administrative and accounting related support
Data entries into accounting system
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with GST, AR/AP & Payroll experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Quickbook and/or MYOB knowledge
Responsible, meticulous and organized
Able to work independently and with initiative
