Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance work.
- Support operations, maintenance, cleaning, security, pest control, and landscaping teams.
- Manage procurement of maintenance parts and issue purchase orders.
- Liaise with landlords to coordinate maintenance and repair works.
- Obtain quotes and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for the mall.
- Address tenant issues related to maintenance, fire safety, and hygiene compliance.
- Ensure smooth execution of tenant fit-out, reinstatement, and reconfiguration works.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as utility billing and document submissions.
- Participate in emergency management and support during evacuations.
- Help monitor budget expenditure and assist with annual budget planning.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in M&E, Building, Facilities Management or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of experience in handling shopping centres
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
