Responsibilities:
- Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with cGMP & HACCP standards.
- Report raw material characteristics, such as foreign particles, color appearance, texture, and odor, to Quality Control at regular intervals.
- Liaise with the production planner and management on any changes or delays in the production schedule.
- Work closely with R&D on raw material shortages or quality issues.
- Coordinate with the Batching Leader to ensure smooth production flow.
- Manage and supervise Operators and Line Leaders on a daily basis.
- Conduct briefings regarding production matters or any information required by management.
- Check machinery and consumables and report any issues to the reporting manager promptly.
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
Requirements:
- At least 3-6 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills and emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and a team player.
