Accounts Assistant

Job Description:

• Data entry, invoicing and filing records

• Handle partial set of account (AP,AR, GL, Accts Reconciliation)

• Key in all accounting transactions into accounting system

• Assist in preparing quarterly GST report

• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports

• Assist in monthly payroll and manage timesheet & leave records

• Assist in managing road tax and insurance renewals

• Perform any other related duties as assigned

• Handle general administrative work and ad hoc duties


Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy/Finance. Otherwise, 2-3 years of relevant working experience is accepted

• Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude

• Must be able to work independently and be resourceful

• Well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office application

• Knowledge of MYOB/XERO Accounting will be an advantage

• Preferable for candidate to start work immediately

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (Including of 1 hour of lunch break)

Saturday (Alternate) 8.30am to 1pm
