- Manage all the operations of the kitchen
- Responsible for food ingredients preparation and cook designated items on the menu
- Ensure all foods prepared are done with the same level of quality and consistency
- Upkeep working condition of kitchen equipment
- Adhere statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement
- Minimum 2 years kitchen experience in similiar role
- Able to work on Public Holiday and Weekends
- 6 days work per week
