Responsibilities:
- Handling of customers’ queries/feedbacks in order to meet customers’ satisfaction;
- Responsible in generating sales reports, preparation of sales documents; maintaining customers database, updating records, etc;
- Keep track of customers payment status and monitoring of payment collection by sales team;
- Provide back-end support and assume any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with at least 2 – 3 years sales related working experience;
- Able to communicate effectively in business English and Mandarin as to liaise with English and Chinese speaking customers;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Pleasant personality, service-oriented and a team player.
