ey Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on Little Red, Douyin, and WeChat platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to the preferences of each platform's audience.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, products, and services, ensuring they are optimized for maximum reach and impact.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media platforms to build a strong community and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to amplify brand presence on social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, particularly within the Chinese digital landscape, and incorporate relevant trends into the social media strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns on Little Red, Douyin, and WeChat.
- In-depth knowledge of social media best practices, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with influencers and managing brand collaborations is a plus
