Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all architectural activities within the assigned projects.
- Ensure that construction operations align with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze architectural drawings and document any necessary engineering adjustments.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with architectural consultants to maintain project integrity.
- Perform site inspections and evaluate project samples to ensure quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
- A recognized qualification in building or architectural disciplines.
- Valid registration as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES.
- Experience with projects related to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) is preferred.
- Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for effective design coordination is advantageous.
- At least two years of relevant experience in a similar RTO capacity.
