You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where your designs are crucial to our success. Always ready for the next creative adventure, you’re excited to push boundaries, evolve our existing offerings, and dive into new markets and new brands with your visionary approach as we continue to grow as a group.
Ultimately, this role will be responsible for the overall delivery of the following:
- Creation of visual content for social media, including graphics for photos, reels, and stories

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
COLLATERAL GRAPHIC DESIGN AND EXECUTION (60%)
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Artist will be responsible for creating and executing all campaign visuals. Our brands operate on a rolling calendar of events, launches and promotions, giving this role space to craft visually compelling content that enhances both the online and in-studio experiences for our clients. They will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing department to understand the specifics of monthly promotions, ensuring that all designs align with campaign goals, and will offer constructive feedback on past and potential design strategies. This role requires forward-thinking in contributing to the annual marketing plan while adhering to timelines and budgets for the design and production of campaign materials.
We also produce in-house merchandise, and this role will play a key role in the design and aesthetic development of these products. The role will be responsible for creating all marketing materials supporting the promotion and launch of each merch season, which happens twice a year.
While much of your work will focus on crafting content for our members and consumers, you’ll also take the lead in creating internal assets like company presentations, training materials, and monthly newsletters. These assets will not only keep our team informed and engaged but will also be used by upper management for both internal and external presentations, and by the Operations teams for training and onboarding of all new hires. Maintaining a cohesive, polished aesthetic that can, at times, feel corporate and always distinctly on-brand is crucial to ensuring consistency across all communications.
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a suite of easy-to-edit templates for our in-studio teams. Staying attuned to current youth trends, the Graphic Artist will skilfully integrate this understanding into both brands, while maintaining consistency with existing brands’ DNA. You should be passionate about enhancing the brands' visual presence, both online and offline, blending precision with creativity. This approach, known as “painting things with The YM/STRONG Brush,” will be essential. As the Graphic Artist, a key part of your role will be to keep all company assets up-to-date and relevant. You'll need a sharp eye for detail, whether you're in the studios or the office, to spot any outdated or incorrect materials. It will be your responsibility to flag these to the appropriate teams for timely updates and corrections, ensuring consistency across all our collaterals.

As part of a highly collaborative team, your voice and opinions will be valued in team meetings, where you’ll be encouraged to provide ideas and suggestions to enhance and improve our campaigns. By translating strategic concepts into engaging visuals, you'll play a key role in effectively communicating our campaign messages and driving brand engagement.
CREATIVE WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT (15%)
In your role, you will be responsible for managing content and ensuring that all assets are consistent and on-brand across both digital and in-studio platforms. With guidance from the Marketing Manager, you will be managing your own workflows, ensuring it aligns with ongoing campaigns promotion timelines.
