Job Description:
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Engineering.
• Handle project quantity surveying tasks and occasionally provide support for tender processes.
• Attend client/project meetings and participate in negotiations.
• Prepare tender documentation.
• Process claims and manage contractual payments.
• Conduct cost estimation and prepare and submit variations to the client.
• Administer final accounts.
• Manage contract administration.
Special Requirements:
• Hold a diploma in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Possess at least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with SIA and REDAS forms of contract administration.
• Knowledge of SOP Act Administration.
