- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
- Source required materials and suppliers.
- Manage procurement of materials and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Administer contracts.
- Perform additional quantity surveying duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- A minimum of a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.
- Proficient knowledge of building contracts and a keen attention to detail.
- Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer software, including MS Word and MS Excel.
